Custom DVI Settings

Step 1. Enter all values below (except the underlined ones). Refer to the diagram that shows how the values are related.
Step 2. Select either Progressive or Interlaced, which will affect HorizFreq.
Step 3. Click to automatically adjust the values (including the underlined ones) so that they comply with the rules.

To start off, you may select a standard video setting:
HorizFreq     VertFreq
VideoWidth    VideoHeight
HSyncTotal    PreHSync
HSyncActive   PostHSync
VSyncTotal    PreVSync
VSyncActive   PostVSync
HSyncPol      VSyncPol
Note: To avoid micro stutters, use a VertFreq of 5994 (not 6000) for NTSC DVD, or 5000 for PAL DVD.

Rules:
HorizFreq = VSyncTotal * VertFreq / 100, if Progressive
HorizFreq = VSyncTotal * VertFreq / 200, if Interlaced
HSyncTotal = PreHSync + HSyncActive + PostHSync + VideoWidth
VSyncTotal = PreVSync + VSyncActive + PostVSync + VideoHeight
